A welcome victory in Florida! A federal judge is halting enforcement of the transgender health ban which prevents parents from seeking and providing necessary medical care to their children and made any actions by parents on behalf of the children criminal.
This legislation defies medically accepted, necessary and proven therapies for children, which when denied can actually do more harm to the child.
